I just bought my putter, and there is something wrong with it!Updated 3 days ago

If you recently purchased a putter/item directly from our website and there is something wrong with it, we do sincerely apologize and will do what we can on our end to correct the issue. As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen. 

Please send us a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) you received to [email protected] and we'll do our best to resolve this as soon as possible.

*For putters/items purchased from a retail store or distributor, reach out to the store you purchased it from FIRST to evaluate your options, or coordinate a repair.

*If you are a RETAIL STORE trying to fix an issue on the customers behalf, please contact your wholesale rep or [email protected] for all wholesale related issues including missing/damaged item or customer repair questions.
