You can absolutely use a gravity grip on a zero torque putter, and it will not affect your balance and feel of the putter.

The Gravity Grip has a heavier back weighted design with a steel rod running through it. This shifts weight towards the hands, helping with stabilizing the stroke. 

Some golfers have found the added weight beneficial, but it ultimately comes down to your putter stroke and preference.
